The Islander Resort

Will provide land development and resale construction materials for North Carolina Coastal Construction and its subsidiaries. This 10,000 sq ft facility will involve post and pre-production lumber materials for DWE's various construction projects current and future.

Conceptually this project also includes 2 x 24,000 sq ft warehouse facilities and a component manufacturing plant.
